Sales Manager (It Background)


Multinational company need sales manager with the following criteria :
Key job responsibilities:

• Evaluates and facilitate changes to sales strategy, sales process, and work flow to deliver maximum sales and profit growth.
• Maintains most up to date knowledge on the company products, services rules, regulations and processes with close liaison with peer senior and line managers of different Business units (Pre-Sales, CS, and PM, Finance, Logistics and others).
• Hire, teach, and develop sales talent and skills to ensure every customer opportunity is maximized.
• Allocates territories/areas to his sales team in a manner that maximize their productivity and achievement.
• Develops the next generation of sales Account Managers.
• Conducts analysis performance and develop operating review presentations summarizing key performance drivers and priorities.
• Creates a high-performing, energized, and “fun at work" culture, emphasizing reward and recognition.
• Drives increased productivity and sales prospect generation with the team through coaching and management against critical performance metrics.
• Provides his team with in depth knowledge and experience on the competition behavior that help better positioning our products and services.
• Manages and controls department direct and indirect costs through a defined budget of HR, marketing, hospitality, training ,,,,etc..



Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in, Engineering, Business, Sales, or Marketing is a must; advanced degree is highly desirable.
• A minimum of eight years experience in the field of ICT.
• More Than 4 years of experience a Senior Sales Account Manager in the field of ICT.
• Horizontal knowledge of all the IT solutions (Networking, communications, Hardware & Applications).
• Wide Sector coverage to increase the market share & the company’s profits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite products.
• Direct management of P&L.
• Very Good Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring other sales professionals, including managers.
• Strategic decision making to solve major customer problem.
• Builds preventive models to avoid or minimize future excepted problems.


Salary : 20000 LE plus commission
