CRM Manager is required for a leading Automotive company in KSA- Jeddah
Job Description:
1- Plan, develop and implement a CRM infrastructure for the Group in close cooperation with CRM managers in the business units
2- Work closely with IT and implementation partner (Auto-line) to define processes and infrastructure of CRM solution for the group and the business units
3- Plan and implement a group wide Customer Lifecycle Management System in co-operation with (sales, after-sales, service and marketing)
4- Define standardized profiling policies and procedures for lead generation, lead management, lead qualification as well as profiling existing customers
5- Support business units in developing dedicated CRM strategies
6- Conduct Data Analyses in order to find synergies and cross-/up-selling potential between Business Units; develop action plans for handling potential multi-brand customers
7- Develop cross-/up-selling ideas together with the marketing teams of the business units
8- Plan, implement and run a central Call Center for In- and Outbound calls
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Business Computing
- 5+ years CRM experience in leading position, preferable related to automotive industry
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
Skills:
- Skills in Data Mining
- Basic Skills in Database Programming
- Experience with CRM it-system and database software, preferable the Autoline System
- Excellent leadership skills
- Team-oriented, sociable
