-Generally 7-10 years Pharma or Consumer Health experience sales – at least 2/3 years in Management
-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or veterinary.
-Experience with leading leaders in preferable.
-Possess the knowledge and skills to contribute to formulation of strategy and programs.
-Strong leadership skills to direct a large team of marketing staff.
