EXPERIENCE : Min of 3yrs Medical and Sales experience
PURPOSE : MSFE Manager in the local markets will collaborate with the Field Sales Managers and Medical Sales Management to increase the quality of Face to Face detailing in his/her respective market through planned Field coaching of Medical Reps. MSFE Manager will lead the Sales Force Automation business side in a close alliance & complete partnership with the regional MEA Senior Training and Medical Effectiveness Management & the Medical Sales Management of the local country.
The MSFE Manager will also play a role in the development of FSM’s under the guidance of the Country Manager & regional MEA Training and Medical Effectiveness.
KEY CHALLENGES
•Rolling out the Sales Force Automation within the local market & successful implementation.
•Increasing the quality of our face to face detailing with HCP’s through best in class training & implementation in the field.
•Launch, align & execute targeting and segmentation of the local market with MEA Regional Strategy.
•Manage the execution of Medical sales force training curriculum in the country.
SCOPE:
1-Effective Field coaching & Medical Sales Force Training
2-Coordination and communication
3-Sales Force Incentive calculation
4-Report delivery management
REQUIREMENTS:
•University Degree (medicine is preferable)
•High studies in medical or marketing is an advantage
•Outstanding sales acumen and business attitude
•Sales training & Medical Effectiveness experience will be a plus
•High degree of internal customer focus
•Should have a strong medical background to elevate/refresh respective products
•Demonstrated success in medical sales leadership and or training roles
•Fluent in English and Arabic
•Excellent M.S Skills ( Excel – PowerPoint)
VERY IMPORTANT: candidate MUST have excellent communication skills & Strong leadership ability, including the ability to motivate others with different backgrounds and skill levels & outstanding level of drive and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
